The purpose of this notice is to enable Hackney Council's procurement team to engage early with economic operators in the marketplaces for:
1. CCTV surveillance systems (hardware and software)
2. CCTV systems (hardware and software) for monitoring road traffic (static, moving and bus lane) contraventions.
3. Related installation, cabling and/or maintenance services
The aim of this engagement is to gauge the size of the current market, their perspectives and potential routes to market including existing framework agreements from which services may be called off.
This notice is therefore linked to a few questions for operators to respond to, on the Council's Procurement Portal at London Tenders by responding in this document and submitting it on the portal.
