Open Framework for Emergency Accommodation

North Somerset Council are looking for suppliers to join an Open Framework to provide Emergency Accommodation, this will support Homeless Households in North Somerset. This Open Framework will run like a pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System, in that it will remain open for the full 4 year term for suppliers to join. It differs in that the Council will directly award contracts, which is permitted under the Light Touch Regime. Contrary to the contract dates stated above, for the avoidance of doubt, this Open Framework will run from 15/10/2019-14/10/2023.
