To undertake all PDF works as per the in-house design by National Highways, while co-operating fully with the TM and other contractors to resolve any issues.

Undertake the role of PC.

Also included but not limited to:

• Produce and maintain Work Order programme
• Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client
• Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts and calculations for any financial accruals
• Liaise with Client and appointed Designer for technical queries
• Collate information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion
• Submit an Outputs Certificate on delivery of scheme regional promises - template to be provided by Client
• Involvement to attend meetings and provide construction methodology.
