North Northamptonshire Council are pleased to advertise that we will be going out to tender for a new Children and Young People's service.
Our current service is Northamptonshire wide (both West and North). The offer includes the health visiting and school nursing services, Family Nurse Partnership (FNP), Infant feeding service, a universal 0-5 offer and NCMP Services. The service as of April 2025 will be North Northamptonshire only.
North Northamptonshire has a population of 359,525. In 2021, 85,659 were aged 0-19 years. In 2043, at the end of the ONS population projection, North Northamptonshire is estimated to have a population of 418,215, an increase of 16.3% (n=58,700). In recent years the population has also become increasingly diverse. In 2021 there were 3,789 live births in North Northamptonshire.
What the event is about?
This market engagement event is focused on the Public Health Children and Young People's service. The event is designed to introduce and discuss our upcoming commissioning opportunities which aim to enhance the health and wellbeing offer to Children, Young People and their families.
