The primary objective is to establish a Framework ("the Contract") for the Supply and Delivery of a range of Janitorial and Facilities Supplies
Durham County Council, the lead Spoke Authority, on behalf of NEPO (Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15)), is looking to replace the existing NEPO417 Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Janitorial and Facilities Supplies currently in place but due to expire on 21st May 2022.
The scope of requirements for this Framework is to cover the following Sections:

⢠Section 2 - Janitorial Supplies
⢠Section 3 - Washroom Supplies
⢠Section 4 - Environmentally Friendly Alternatives
