NHS England are seeking a supplier to carry out research to gain an insight into the drivers of temporary staff to understand why staff choose the contracting arrangement they work under, i.e. what are staff and NHS Providers/systems drivers in engaging with temporary staffing arrangements. The project aims to provide proof of concept in the creation of insight in temporary staffing with the concept work being completed by 31st March 2021. \
