Nottinghamshire County Council is working with Nottingham City Council and CCG partners within the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System to develop a new model of support services for people using Direct Payments and Personal Health Budgets. The Council is looking to establish and manage, on behalf of the other contracting authorities, a framework agreement of a limited number of providers to deliver a range of specified services:
⢠Managed accounts
⢠Payroll
⢠Employment Support
The Council is now undertaking a soft market testing exercise to capture initial ideas and to canvass independent views on the potential shape and model of Direct Payment Support Services in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
Organisations are invited to complete and submit a soft market testing questionnaire. All information gathered will be considered and analysed by the Commissioners.
