Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who can provide and deliver Traffic Signs & Associated Products, as follows:\r

Lot 1: Permanent Traffic Signs\r

• Permanent traffic signs suitable for mounting with 2 channels onto posts and other street furniture\r
• Sign plates to be aluminium with LDPE core\r
• RA2 reflective and non-reflective\r

-Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc\r

• All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 1\r

Lot 2: Temporary Traffic Signs\r

• Temporary traffic signs and associated metal frames are required to support maintenance/improvement works being carried out\r
• RA2 reflective and non-reflective\r
• Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc.\r
• Signs - manufactured using electro zinc coated sheet (Zintec or equivalent)\r
• Frames - steel with clips, rivets, or toggle fittings to fix signs\r
• All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 2\r

Lot 3: Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) Traffic Signs and Sheets\r

• Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) traffic signs\r
• RA2 reflective and non-reflective\r
• Warning, information, supplementary, regulatory, direction, etc.\r
• All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 3\r

Lot 4: Road Cones, Cone Signs and Temporary Safety Barriers\r

• 500mm, 750mm, and 1000mm high 2-piece cones with large base and reflective covers\r
• 750mm high 2-piece Overhead Electric Cable blue cones with large base and reflective covers\r
• 500mm high industry standard 2-piece triangular No Waiting yellow cones\r
• Cone signs to be either RA2 reflective or non-reflective\r
• In accordance with Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016\r
• Temporary safety barrier connectable self-supporting sections\r

Lot 5: Miscellaneous Sign Materials\r

• Removable 120g/sqm gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters (any colour)\r
• Permanent 120g/sqm gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters\r
• Permanent RA2 gloss vinyl suitable for use with sign plotters\r
• Reflective film suitable for use with sign plotters\r
• Corrugated Polypropylene (CP) sheets required for in-house manufacturing of signs\r
• In accordance with Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016\r
• All as described within Document 03 / NEC4 Contract Data and Document 5 / Price List for Lot 5
