Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of consultants to include housing and commercial property market advisors and surveyors to advise the Council on a suggested approach to facilitating the re-use of six empty or underused mill buildings in Leek (appendix 1). This approach should be focused on:

⢠Current private sector owners' investment aspirations
⢠Potential end-use demand
⢠Baseline financial assessment for re-use,
⢠Barriers to redevelopment.
