Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) and Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (SWB CCG) invite quotations from suitably qualified providers to deliver a Seasonal Influenza Immunisation Programme comprising of three aspects:
1. Influenza vaccinations to be administered to carers and staff working in care homes based within Sandwell.
2. Influenza awareness sessions
3. Care home awards scheme
The provider will be expected to 1) provide influenza vaccinations to carers and staff working in care homes in Sandwell in their place of work; and 2) provide influenza awareness sessions. The award scheme will be organised and resourced by SMBC and SWB CCG, the provider will be expected to offer intelligence and general support for this.
SMBC will be leading the procurement process.
