SLaM ST21 - P029 Fitzmary Bathroom Refurbishments

The Trust currently has a requirement for the refurbishment of two existing shared bathrooms (both within the occupied Fitzmary One ward) to create fully accessible DDA compliant bathrooms. The works include but not limited to:

• Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes
• Supply of installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fitting and controls
• All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings
• Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract
• All associated commissioning and NHS water hygenie works as specified on completion.
