Provision of a Support Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse in Staffordshire.
The contract duration will be for an initial period of two (2) years, followed by up to two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months extension options.
The Highest value is £300k per annum (excluding a maximum value of £10k for mobilisation costs).
The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire seeks to commission a Staffordshire wide Sexual Abuse service for victims, regardless of whether the crime has been reported to the Police or not. Sexual abuse victim's wishes and feelings will be at the heart of service delivery.
The service will provide information, advice, guidance, signposting and one to one support for males, females, children and adult victims, both current and historic, as well as make onward referrals to other specialist agencies such as domestic abuse, mental health, SARC etc. Partnership working with agencies, in particular those operating within the criminal justice arena, is an integral part of the support system for sexual abuse victims.
