The Council wishes to procure the services of a specialist contractor to carry out the Conversion and Alteration of existing garages to form 4 number ground floor one bedroom flats at Tyrell and Padley Court, Reading.
Contract duration is expected to be approximately 20 weeks completion from commencement. Contract start date expected to be 1st Oct 2020 but subject to change.
The works specification / pricing schedule are as contained on separate attached document
The quote which you have provided will be subject to the JCT minor works building contracts 2016.
The contractor is expected to submit their Tender by completely pricing all items in the works specification / price schedule as attached
