Folkestone Town Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for External Repairs and Redecoration to the Town Hall on Guildhall street and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements.
Tenderers must visit the site in advance of the tender return date. The visit must be arranged with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice.
The Contract is expected to start in June 2021 and continue for 16 weeks. Tenderers are asked to confirm their lead in time and time to complete the works as part of their tender.
