Lot 1 is for works that are relatively straightforward and would be operated via an online Schedule of Rates Portal, provided by Siteon Limited, which will allow contractors to pre-populate the portal with prices for specific items of work listed on it. These items include both individual items and composite items such as wet floor showers and enables Council Officers to directly award work based on price and availability.
Lot 2 will cover bespoke works that do not lend themselves to a schedule of rates portal e.g. conversions, extensions etc; and would be awarded by Further Competition(s) outside of the Siteon portal used for Lot 1.
