East Sussex County Council (ESCC) Public Health and Metro charity are working in partnership to produce six short filmed dramas to be used as part of the SHIFT sexual health on-line portal from November 2021.
The project consists of three film packages, each containing two individual films.
This specification relates to the production of Film Packages 3 and 4, which consists of the four separate films, each being shot on location across Belgium and the Netherlands (Antwerp and Rotterdam).
Film Package 1 will be commissioned by Metro Charity and will consist of two separate short films produced and shot on location within the UK.
Each of the films must use reoccurring characters to interconnect the stories and be produced in the language of the host nation, with closed caption subtitles available for other languages.
