The Council is seeking to appoint a panel of up to 3 suitably qualified suppliers based within the Borough of Maidstone to provide a vehicle testing service, more particularly described in the specification to the licensing section of Maidstone Borough Council ("the Council"). The Council will also consider appointing a sole contractor should it be deemed the most economically advantageous decision.
