Description

This procurement was conducted via a mini competition on the National Framework Partnership's Employer's Agent Framework. The purpose of the Tender is to enable the Council to appoint an Employer's Agent, for the delivery of new build housing under the Homes England Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026.
