For The Provision of Quality Monitoring Services (QMS)

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for the provision of Quality Monitoring Services. The Authority is looking for a Supplier to deliver the Quality Monitoring Services, based on two distinct methods detailed as follows:

• The first method relates to Quality Audits carried out on nominated Venues operated by the Leisure Service Contractor (tbc)
• The second relates to Mystery Visits carried out on nominated Venues operated by the Leisure Service Contractor (tbc)
