The contract is to provide an online public engagement portal for Wirral Council. The requirement is for a suite of engagement tools to use with residents. The requirement also includes data hosting, security, privacy and compliance, helpdesk support and site content moderation.
The contract is initially for 3 years starting on 12 October 2021, with the option to extend for up to a further 1 years.
