The London Borough Of Sutton seeks quotations for the design and works for the alterations, fit-out and associated works for Laboratories at Cumbrian House, Old Sutton Hospital site, Cotswold Road, Sutton SM2 5NF
The works involve the partial strip out, alteration and fit-out of the whole of the ground floor and part of the first floor, and associated mechanical and electrical alterations/additions. A new lift is to be added externally, and canopies installed to front and rear. The associated fenced site is to be altered to provide access for gas delivery and storage, to enlarge the site boundary and add pedestrian access from the ICR adjoining the site on the South-East.

The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost nor any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted.
Deadline for submission of a completed tender is Monday 2 November 2020 at noon.
