RIC software and its relevant service for the open-RAN project (YO-RAN)
The system offered by the Potential Provider must;
o Be able to host custom developed x-Apps o Have E2 interfaces o Able to collect data from E2 node(s).
o Include installation, configuration guide, and FAQ; including the x-App programming language o Have an x-App development SDK o include initial training o compatible with at least one DU/CU o Have compatible RUs
