The primary objectives of this contract are firstly to provide detailed specialist and legal knowledge on the quality of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans, in particular relating to the degree to which final plans meet the requirements to specify and quantify special educational provision. Secondly to provide direct training with casework teams in Local Authorities about how to write specified and quantified provisions into final EHC plans.
