ENGIE Services on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the installation of a Solar PV System on the existing and retained roofs, all the required containment and DNO upgrades, along with the replacement of the boiler plant, heating mains, heating emitters and BMS controls with a Ground Source Heat Pump Solution.
