• Clause 5.5.9: Measurement for the buoyancy of the whole device

Labelling assessment

• Visual check according to regulation o Art 8(5) - Type, batch or serial number o Art 8(6) - Manufacturer name, registered trade name or registered trade mark o Art 8(6) - Manufacturer address o Art 8(7) - Instructions in English o Art 8(8) - Declaration of conformity o Art 10(3) - Importer name, registered trade name or registered trade mark o Art 10(3) - Importer address o Art 17(1) - CE (UKCA) marking o Art 17(3) - Cat III PPE, the CE (UKCA) marking followed by NB number
