The works comprise the demolition of the existing above ground accessible toilet block that is replaced with a new above ground building housing accessible toilet facilities. The existing below ground toilet facilities is to be stripped out and fully refurbished and remodelled with new sanitary ware, finishes and mechanical and electrical services provided to create male, female, and non-binary facilities.
