Torbay Leisure Centre - Works Packages for Delivery of Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS)

In light of the new Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, Leisure Energy were asked to facilitate an immediate review of the leisure centre to accelerate potential carbon reductions at Torbay Leisure Centre, which is one of the Council's highest Carbon Emitters. This Contract is to deliver two works packages to achieve these potential carbon reductions.
