Benefit processing (change in circumstances, new claims, ATLAS, UCDS records, income from earnings, memo messages between Council Tax, and Benefits, and incoming emails).
System Administration, System housekeeping, Mass Recalculation, Integrity corrections, system balancing, payment runs, table amendments, new/patch upgrades, System Reports/SQL, End of Year processes.
