CYP Taskforce - Family Ambassadors Evaluation

We require an evaluation of the implementation and delivery of a new Family ambassador role within Tier 4 CAHMS services.

The Family Ambassador role is new to the NHS. There are 7 Regional Ambassadors (one per NHS England Regional Team) who support future policy development and provide mentoring to 35 Local Ambassadors, who are employed by Provider Collaboratives and spread across the country.

The evaluation will run throughout FY 2022-23, to 31 March 2023 and will cover all aspects of the project - from design and implementation of the role, through deployment and recruitment, to how effective the role has been for all the key stakeholders involved in the project.
