SBS is seeking a supplier to conduct two discovery for NHSX's Innovation Lab projects. These will support us in informing and building our roadmap for 2021/22. We require support from an organisation with a background in user centred design and working with the NHS and social care to support us. \

The work package will be split into 2 parts:\
· Inbound workflow review & recommendations, and an alpha of the recommended solution to inbound workflow (e.g. tool / set of tools to receive and manage problems to add to the roadmap)\
· Discovery around putting over the counter medications into clinical records\
