The objectives of this Term Service Contract are for the Contractor to support Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council (as the Client) in the delivery of a Transportation and general Civil Engineering programme and statutory functions for a 'service' period of 4 years. The service period can be extended up to a maximum of 10 years
