Kirklees Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to complete the Cultural Heart Phase 2 (museum & Gallery). The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Kirklees Council. The first stage will comprise of works prior to a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA); the next stage will be the award of a main construction contract.
