East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking to appoint a sole supplier for the delivery of a Civic Chauffeur Service. The contract is needed to meet the requirements of the Council's Civic Services Team within the Corporate Resources Directorate. This will be a fixed hourly rate transport service to and from civic events for the Council's Chairman, Vice Chairman, Lord Lieutenant and various VIP's. Requirements are for the provision of chauffeurs only to drive the Council's civic vehicle, and provision of chauffeurs and vehicles were the Council's civic vehicle is otherwise engaged or unavailable.
