DFID 8011 Women's Integrated Sexual Health (Lot 1) Contract Amendment No 1

These amendments relate to:

• An increase to the contract value of £4,500,000 (there is no change to the contract end date)

• Inclusion of latest contractual Terms and Conditions

• Inclusion of updated contract section 4 (special conditions) which includes revisions to adaptive programming provisions and changes to key staff

• Inclusion of agreed GDPR appendix A (within Contract section 3)

• Refinement of programme KPI's for the implementation phase (Annex C)

• Revision to the schedule of payments (pro forma 4 within contract section 5) and revised KPI's (pro forma 7 within contract section 5)

• Overall revision to pro forma data within contract section 5 to account for increase in programme scope as reflected in newly added Annex 6 and in order to update pro formas into the most up to date standard format. All scope changes are in line with the Public Procurement Regulations 2015 and a contract modification notice has been issued under OJEU ref 2019/S 157-389134
