The BDR Partnership (or BDR) is a partnership of Barnsley MBC, City of Doncaster Council and Rotherham Borough Council (the Councils) who have jointly procured waste management contracts since 1993.
The Councils are unable to guarantee the level of work that will be offered under this call-off arrangement, however, over the last three years 28 days (7.5h per day) of work has been required and it is envisioned a similar, if not higher amount of work will be required moving forward.
