Ordnance Survey are seeking tenders for the provision of an existing data management solution (e.g. a data cube) that can provide OS access to a long-term (~20 years) time series of national scale (e.g. Great Britain) Earth Observation data from the date of commencement. In particular, OS are currently interested in architecture capable of providing access to an archive of freely available satellite data including data from the European Space Agency platforms (e.g. Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2) and NASA platforms (e.g. MODIS and Landsat), derived indices and data from 3rd party sources.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
