The London Borough of Hackney is pleased to invite bids from organisations able to evidence the necessary experience, skills and abilities to deliver the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service in Hackney and the City of London.
The maximum price per annum for this service is: c.£4.9m.
The contract term for this service will be five years, with an option to extend for up to a further four years (2+2 years) subject to funding and satisfactory performance.
The Council will be carrying out a restricted tender process, whereby interested Providers will have to pass a Selection Questionnaire before being invited to submit a tender response. This is a clinical service and providers are required to have significant experience of delivering similar services.
Please note that organisations who do not meet the requirements on the Tender Instruction Sheet will not be successful. In summary, this includes:
ï§ Turnover x1 the annual contract value
ï§ Medicines Management, Clinical Governance and Safeguarding
ï§ Strong experience of delivering a drug and alcohol service
