Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 January 2024 for the following reason: Please note that this notice is withdrawn as there is an error in the link to the Expression of Interest in Delta. The Notice will be re-published by 9.30am on 31st January 2024(The Council (WBC) requires a valuation of its Property & Land assets in connection with Capital Accounting rules for the financial years 2023/24. WBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of independent valuers with the relevant skills, experience, local market knowledge and resources to undertake this task.

This is a one year revaluation and inspection of the Council's Operational Assets only and to me completed by May 2024.
