Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of a Befriending and Hosting Service.
The service will support families living in the boundaries of Nottingham City who have limited support networks and are in need of support to prevent children requiring care of the Local Authority in the future, by providing community based volunteer led support at a time of crisis. The service will provide:-
The contact duration will be for two years with a possible extension of two years at the Council's discretion. The total contract value is estimated to be a maximum of 252,000 GBP over the total length of the contract (including extensions). The anticipated contract start date will be 16 October 2023.
This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
