The University Council has commissioned a review of the University governance to clarify the decision-making processes and create documentation that is easier to understand. This represents a high-profile project that will deliver the requirements of Council by 31 July 2022.
The vision is that this review willâ¯help toâ¯create an honest and open environment where the running of the University andâ¯delivery ofâ¯its strategy is underpinned byâ¯highlyâ¯effective decision making where everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
