Description

Hammersmith & Fulham Council are tendering for a service to provide a sexual health promotion, prevention and support for Hammersmith and Fulham residents.

The provider will need to:

deliver universal and targeted campaigns and literature aimed at reducing the transmission and acquisition of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
deliver mixed universal and targeted support services aimed at reducing inequalities and improving sexual health outcomes
provide support and peer support groups to residents to address their needs for example chemsex or self-management for people living with HIV
