Award of a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to Modulous for a small scale HRA Housing project at 190-196 Romney Ave. The project at Romney Avenue is anticipated to deliver 12 new affordable homes and the Council are currently working up a proposal for a planning application. Modulous has been engaged in a PCSA agreement which allows for their early involvement in the project. This is needed in order to fill scope gaps which are required to meet key planning deliverables (Sustainability, Mechanical/Electrical & Structure/Civils/Ground Investigations).
