Brief Description of Requirement
The supplier is required to undertake user research to establish the user requirements and ideal information design for the above items that the funding bodies will publish. The successful supplier will undertake user research through focus groups and/or surveys of higher education institutions and other users of the REF results to understand how the format and functionality of the REF 2021 results best serve user needs
