The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to find a Supplier who can re-pack and distribute a total of 669,000 learner workbooks, 11,100 teacher guides, 10,500 participant manuals and 700 facilitator manuals to 7 training venues and to 1,205 schools for term 1 of the next academic school year 2022/2023. The scope of this RFQ includes the unstuffing of containers, loaded with full boxes without pallet, re-packing the books school-wise, labelling of boxes, and distribution. The quantity may vary with (+/-)10% at the time of signing the contract.
Mott MacDonald will not be accepting any physical bids. ALL bid submissions must be done via email. Bid submission emails must bear the subject line "REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR REPACKAGING AND DISTRIBUTION OF 2022/23 expanded Pilot MATERIALS TO 1,205 SCHOOLS. RFP No. MMB/04/08/2022.
