This will be a multi supplier Framework for the provision of small scale Civil Engineering Works. The framework will work on a ranking supplier basis.

⢠Project Value Range - up to £250,000
⢠Number of lots - 1
⢠Maximum number of suppliers on lot - 6
⢠Framework Call off Procedure: Primarily Direct Award (based on highest ranking company) and option for Further Competition if required.
⢠Estimated Annual throughput of Framework - £1m per annum
⢠Form of Contract - Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC)
⢠Performance Review - Annual review of the Supplier's performance will be carried out by CYC in the anniversary month of the contract start date.
The Contract will be for a period of 24months/2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 24months/2eyars. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 48months/4years (24 months + 12 months + 12 months)
