Description

The Consultant will assemble a multi-disciplinary team to:

deliver a planning and transport assessment of a proposed development.
advise on the achievability of a DMRB compliant design for direct access from A3.
engage with specialists, both within NH, Valuation Officer Agency (VOA) and externally, in assembling and justifying evidence to support findings.
support the Client in its handling of this claim and any defence though the Lands Tribunal process, as required.
