Rother District Council is acting as the purchasing body for the procurement of a Waste Collection, Recycling, Street & Beach Cleansing and Associated Services Contract on behalf of Rother District Council, Hastings Borough Council and Wealden District Council ('the Partnership') in East Sussex. The Council is undertaking a restricted competitive procurement procedure with negotiation in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Council hereby invites interested organisations from the private, public and third (voluntary, community and charitable) sector to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) in order to be considered to be invited submit an initial tender.
The contract will be for a period of 7 years from 29th June 2019 and will also include the option for a negotiated extension for a further period of 7 years.
