Salford Locality of GM ICB intends to establish a contract for up to a number of three years with the option to extend for an additional two years, with a budget of £300 per patient and an estimated yearly value of up to £60,000 dependant on activity levels with an estimated overall total contract value of up to £300,000, including extensions.
