Public Health England (PHE) has awarded a contract to CH Technologies (USA) for the purchase of an aerosol exposure system tower and associated accessories.
PHE provides services and carries out in-vivo research and development with the primary aim of protecting the UK public from a range of health risks. Ongoing programmes of work include vaccine release testing, anthrax, influenza and TB vaccine development studies. Purchase of this system is vital to perform current Covid-19 study objectives.
The awarded supplier has been selected as they are the sole supplier and therefore this requirement can only be met by CH Technologies due to the protection of exclusive rights.
The contract commenced on 02 August 2021 and will be in place for one year.
