Security Services Contract (RFI Stage)

The Teddington site requires a 24/7 manned guarding presence with a permanently manned security control room and staffed reception.

The Security Contractor shall provide security services at the NPL Teddington site and shall ensure that:

• the site is secured at all times. (And provide a response as required at other agreed and designated NPL sites)
• all of the Security Contractor's Staff carrying out security services wear agreed formal corporate uniform at all times.
• its staff are fully SIA trained and licenced in the safe and proper delivery of all security functions. (Hold the appropriate SIA licence for the tasks undertaken)
• at all times ensure access is granted on request by NPL to any security control room(s) operated by the Security Contractor. (on the NPL site)
• appropriate and compliant communications devices are in use, as approved by NPL. The Security Contractor shall supply and maintain all mobile communications equipment required for the delivery of the Services.
• that all Security Contractor's Staff carry valid Site Access Passes as approved by NPL at all times whilst on site.
